How do I recover/reset my Account password?

You can create a new Account password at the Reset your password page.

This will email you a link (good for 90 minutes) to a page where you can enter a new password. You can then change this password at any time from within your Account.

Note: This password is different to your list's Administration password. To reset your Administration password you need to Contact us as we have to do it for you. Once we've emailed you a new password you can sign-in to your list's Administration and change it.
